Patient app
An app for your patients, under your clinic's name, with nothing to install.

The patient's own front page
The app opens on the patient's upcoming visits, under the clinic's name and logo. Everything else is one tap from here.

- My details (beta): their patient number, their contact details, who else has access to their record, and their password.
- Upcoming visits with the day, the time and the branch. A home visit shows as a home visit.
- Request my records: to the patient, a doctor or their insurer. The clinic approves and sends it, or declines with a note.
- Bills and payments (beta), for what's owed and paying by transfer.
Bills, and "I've paid"
Bills and payments is marked (beta) in the app. It's where a patient sees what they owe and tells the clinic they've paid.

- What the patient owes, invoice by invoice.
- How to pay, with the clinic's bank details once the admin has added them.
- After a transfer, the patient taps I've paid and enters the amount, the date and the reference. Nothing changes on the bill until the desk confirms it.
By invitation only
A patient gets into the app only when the clinic invites them. The invitation goes by email with a one-time link, or the desk copies the link and sends it on WhatsApp to the patient's own number.
An emailed invite that isn't used gets one reminder after three days. The desk sees every invite still waiting.
Home exercises
The programme the physio prescribed shows in the app, with videos, how many to do and how often, and any note the physio added.
Family access, with the patient's consent
A parent or a grown-up child can have their own sign-in to a patient's app. They never use the patient's.
The clinic adds them only with the patient's consent, and records how it was given. A family member sees appointments and bills only, unless the clinic gives full access on purpose, and the patient can see who has access and remove them.
Messages to the clinic
Patients can write to the clinic from the app, about appointments, bills, their treatment or something else. Messaging is off until an admin switches it on, and it can't be switched on without a reply-time promise, such as "We reply within one working day".
The patient sees that promise every time, with a line telling them to call the clinic in an emergency. The email that tells a patient a reply is waiting never carries the message itself.
What stays private
By default the app shows no clinical notes. A clinic can choose to show parts of approved notes, such as the goals and the plan, and the complaint, the assessment and the physio's findings never show.
How it works
1. The clinic sends the invite
By email, or a link on WhatsApp to the patient's own number.
2. The patient opens it on their phone
In the browser, under the clinic's name. There's nothing to install.
3. They check visits, exercises and bills
And ask for their records, or an appointment (beta), from the same place.
4. The desk handles what comes in
Records requests, appointment requests and I've paid confirmations, each in its own list.
