On this page
In short
- statorhealth.com describes Stator. What it says is general information, not clinical, legal or business advice.
- Use the contact form only to reach us, and don't put patient details in it.
- Our words, screens and logo are ours.
- Nigerian law applies.
- Clinics using the Stator app are covered by the Terms of Service instead.
1. Who runs this website
1.1. statorhealth.com is run by Stator Health Ltd (RC 9955767), a company registered in Nigeria ("Stator Health", "we", "us").
1.2. By using the website you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the website.
1.3. These terms cover the website only. A clinic's use of the Stator app is covered by the Terms of Service, and personal data by the Privacy Notice and the Data Processing Agreement.
2. What the website is for
2.1. The website describes Stator and how to reach us. It doesn't sell anything or take payments.
2.2. The information on it is general. It isn't clinical, legal, financial or business advice, and it doesn't replace the judgement of a qualified professional.
2.3. We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we don't promise that every page is complete or current at all times. If you see something wrong, please tell us at hello@statorhealth.com and we'll correct it.
3. The product screens
The screens shown on the website come from a demo clinic with made-up patients and staff. Any likeness to a real person is accidental.
4. The contact form
4.1. Use the contact form only to ask us about Stator, to book a walkthrough, or to reach us about an existing account.
4.2. Please don't send patient details or other people's health information through the form. We don't need them to answer you.
4.3. Don't send messages in bulk, send them by automated means, or try to get around the form's limits. We may block messages that look automated or abusive.
4.4. The Privacy Notice explains what happens to what you send.
5. Using the website fairly
You must not:
- use the website in a way that breaks the law;
- try to get unauthorised access to the website, its server or the systems behind it, or interfere with how it works;
- overload the website, for example with automated requests;
- copy large parts of the website, or present our content as your own.
6. Our content
6.1. The text, design, screens, logos and the Stator and Stator Health names on this website belong to us. You may view the website, share links to it and quote short passages with a link back.
6.2. For any other use, ask us first at hello@statorhealth.com.
7. Links
7.1. The Sign in page explains how to reach your clinic's own Stator address. The Stator app itself is covered by the Terms of Service.
7.2. Links to other websites, such as WhatsApp or Google Maps, are there for convenience. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for them; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
8. Our liability
8.1. The website is free to use and is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for loss caused by relying on its general information, or by the website being unavailable.
8.2. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The version that applies is the one on the website when you use it.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
11. Contact
